What to do if a Transaction is rejected at a point of purchase
Call 0860 103 045 with the following information:
1. The name of the bank that supplied
the terminal
2. The account option that was selected
3. The amount of the rejected
transaction
4. A printout of the 'Declined' slip must be faxed to MEDICASH on
(011)

If you have to pay cash for a purchase as a result of a rejected transaction, you must submit a claim to MediCash for a refund.
Deposits can be made into the card via ABSA, debit order, Internet payments and stop order.
Ensure that a balance of R50 remains in the card at all times.
